Lakeville Students Hold a Raffle Sale to Raise Money for Nevins Farm
April 30, 2014

Matthew, John and Mateaues, from the Lakeville High Junior Honor Society, were inspired to help the animals at Nevins Farm by having a raffle sale.  The boys created a poster and set up a table with lots of information about MSPCA and info on Nevins Farm.  They each wore a Nevins Farm T-shirt and had a Nevins Farm Sweatshirt for their raffle. They set up their table on March 22, 2014 at CVS in Dracut, MA. Despite it being very cold, windy with showers we had a great success by raising $306.00 on that day. According to the boys, "throughout the process we learned many amazing things MSPCA does and what they do to help all types of animals in need. We were happy to raise money for them and proud to raise money for such a good cause".

Thank you boys for your creative idea, and for helping raise money to support the many animals at the MSPCA at Nevins Farm!
