Bailey (Buddha)

Bailey (formerly Buddha) is proof that drool never killed anyone!  We renamed Buddha "Bailey" shortly after adopting him.  He's been doing great!  We moved to Oakland, CA in July 2009, and he loves it here -- the more moderate weather really agrees with him.  And he was amazing in the cross-country car trip, with the whole backseat taken up by him and his dog bed. We took a lot of pictures during our cross-country drive relocating to CA.  One photo shows a “Ma/Pa” restroom sign at one of Laura Ingalls Wilder's homes on the prairie (this one in South Dakota).

We also adopted a kitten from the Oakland Animal Shelter in October 2009, and she adores her Pit Bull brother (and also bullies him out of his dog bed regularly)!
