Jassy and Lola, adopted 7/13/12
October 20, 2012

"Jasmine (Jassy) and Lola, our newest addition, love to sleep together: Lola cuddles next to Jassy’s stomach or back, whichever she can get to.  We have a large fenced-in yard and they love playing outside.  Lola is fierceless when she plays with Jassy.  She initiates the rough housing.  She’s 25 lbs while Jassy is 80 lbs and Lola wears her out.

Our first Pit Bull, Miller, died in January.  He was 15 years old.  He was a wonderful dog and he changed many people’s perception of a Pit Bull.  We adopted Jasmine from the Methuen MSPCA in 2008.  She’s a big baby, and loves cuddling next to us.  Lola is funny - she follows Jasmine around the house.  When Jasmine hears something outside, she has to bark and Lola barks with her.  Of course Lola has no idea why she’s barking; she only knows if Jasmine does it then it must be okay!

Thank you for Jassy and Lola."
