The MSPCA in Jamaica Plain offers low-cost spay and neuter services at the Shalit-Glazer Clinic, 350 South Huntington Avenue. The Clinic’s focus is on cats and kittens. Fees range from $50 - $100. Kittens may be as young as three months old.
Discounted rates may also be offered to qualifying dog* owners.
Pet owners who are receiving assistance from city, state or federal programs are eligible.
Everything is done in ONE DAY ONE VISIT, which includes:
- Exam
- Spay or neuter
- Shots including rabies
- HomeAgain Identification and tag (microchip)
- Flea/earmite/deworming (if needed)
- Your cat will also get a FREE nail trim!

You may apply for more than one cat.
