No problem! We can still help.

Why we offer this program:
More than three-quarters of the animals entering area animal shelters are cats. In 2011, of the over 7500 homeless animals served by MSPCA at Nevins Farm, more than 3,750 were cats. We must reduce the number of litters born to cats. This grant will help us assist those community members who want to neuter their cat but have no financial resources to do so.

Why Lawrence?
Of the 100s of towns the MSPCA at Nevins Farm served in 2011, a large majority of the kittens came from this community! Our plan is to strategically reach the people whose cats are most likely to have kittens that end up homeless. And our statistics tell us to start in this zip code.
