Whether you are just exploring the idea of a pet pig or you are ready to find your new best friend, our presentation has something for everyone.  Topics that will be covered include: nutrition and housing, basic handling and safety, pig behavior primer, and most importantly, the realities behind the myth of “micro”, “nano”, and “teacup” pigs.

Want some hands-on experience caring for pigs?  Sign up for one of our six available practicum sessions, offered from October through November at the MSPCA’s Pig Barn.  You’ll learn from our staff and volunteers what it’s really like to share your life with pigs.
