More about Holly:

My adoption fee is waived on Dec 4 and 5, thanks to generous donors!

I’m beautiful, social and sweet, and a couch potato who enjoys being spoiled with head pets! I’m not a huge player, but I suppose a wand toy or catnip could get me up and moving!
It’s taken me time here at the shelter to come out of my shell since I have a hard time dealing with transitions. My adopter should expect me to take a fair amount of time to settle into my new home, and it’s recommended that I start in one room for at least one week to let me get comfortable before opening more access to the house. I started acting out in my previous home when a baby was brought into the home, and my stress increased when the baby started crawling. My adopter will need to provide a slow introduction to litter boxes, and provide multiple options throughout the house to learn my preferences. Litter boxes will need to be scooped regularly, and my adopter needs to understand that there is a chance I might have accidents while I adjust.

My perfect adopter will be patient, let me adjust at my own pace, and will provide a tranquil environment filled with love and caring for me. Due to my age, my adopter will need a close relationship with a vet once I go home, which I hope is soon!!!
