*read through to my medical needs!*
Blaze is a sweet, shy, 3-year-old guy. Once he trusts you, he loves to be around his people and pounce on toes wiggling under the blanket. He is gentle, quiet, and relatively low energy. Blaze is in good health overall, but he does have FLUTD, or Feline lower urinary tract disease. This condition affects the bladder and/or urethra, making Blaze more susceptible to painful urination, straining, and blocking (when a cat can’t pass urine at all). Blaze is on a special food to keep everything running smoothly, and his adopter will need a close relationship with their vet. In order to keep his stress levels low, we are recommending that Blaze not live with other pets or young kids. If you think you can manage this loving boy’s health, he’ll reward you with tons of purrs and face rubs. Call 617-522-5055 or fill out a form at www.mspca.org/bostonadoptioninquiry to inquire!
