Arabian lovers take note!
Get a look at beautiful Talena. Talena is a 16 year old 15.1 hand Arabian mare seeking a loving new home where she can be reintroduced to formal work under saddle. Talena has been out of the tack for several years, as her skills were required to help babysit young horses in the pasture. Her former home reported that Talena has a solid foundation in walk, trot, canter and a knack for natural horsemanship!

Talena is a true Arabian mare- she is one smart cookie with a sassy, energetic personality. She would make a fabulous project for someone looking to restart a smart, savvy horse. Talena is good for vet and farrier, easy to load and transport and a solid middle man in a herd. While this adorable mare is not suitable for beginners due to her spicy personality, we think she'll be a blast for a savvy equestrian with a mission!

* Talena has not been evaluated under saddle at our shelter and will require time to adjust to a new home and begin the restart process.
