More About Penne:

I am a one-of-a-kind little girl. I am adventurous, adaptable, and ready to make friends in any home. While in foster I have lived with dogs, cats and other kittens. I make new animal friends in any home in which I am placed, and I have no fear of putting big dogs in their place! I enjoy being active and climbing just about anything. Want company on the couch or kitchen counter? I am your girl! I am a sweet young lady who enjoys snuggles and keeping my person clean I like grooming hair, or hands while I gently hold them with my paws and groom away.

I have Manx syndrome, which means that I need assistance emptying my bladder completely. I am looking for a loving adopter who will express my bladder three times a day. I am doing a really good job of learning when I need my bladder expressed, and I will enter my litter box and begin scratching, which is a great cue for my person to help me empty my bladder but my adopter should expect to work through challenges as I adjust to my new home and seek out help from the MSPCA or their own vet if needed. This is a condition that will require lifelong management and planning (think of who will be able to care for me if you go on vacation?) so staff is seeking a special type of person that can be committed to my care! Bonus points to an adopter that works in the veterinary field as I am a kitten that is going to need a home that has a close relationship with their vet to help me along through life.

In addition to my medically-related challenges, I am a typical rambunctious and energetic kitten and I will need proper enrichment.
