Meet Willie

Say hello to Willie. This young guy is playful, smart and energetic.
Willie is currently a bit wary of meeting new people. Once you are
properly introduced, you are permanent best friends. And best friends give
lots of pets and treats, right? Such a smart boy, Willie is quickly
catching on to walking nicely on a leash using the clicker training. While
here at the shelter, he has been working hard at calmly watching other dogs
and strangers. Luckily, this rowdy boy loves to train because he needs to
work on his manners. Willie has previously lived with another dog and he
did not enjoy it. Although he should be the only dog in his new home, he
can have some very well-matched dog buddies. There is a good chance he
could live with a cat using a slow introduction. And children who can help
with training would also be beneficial.
Willie is a young dog that is looking for patient adopters who will help
him become the best dog. Would you like to meet him? Come meet Willie at
the MSPCA in Methuen on Tuesdays through Sundays from 12PM to 4:30PM.
