Walk for Animals - Registration Now Open!
Sunday, September 7th 11am-2pm
Join us for our 6th annual Walk for Animals!  With contests & prizes, food & music, kids’ activities, canine demonstrations and other animal antics, there is something for everyone at the Walk!  This year there are more animals than ever before who need our help, and we’re not going to let them down.
Form a team, walk with your family & friends, and help us raise money to help animals.  Get creative, get a little crazy, but most of all get going! If you start now you have the best chance to help the most animals.
Encourage your fellow animal lovers to do the same. Or urge them to support the cause by becoming one of your sponsors.  And if you can’t join us on the 7th, you can still be a virtual walker!

MSPCA ‘End of Summer IV’ Adult Cat Adoptathon: Fees Waived!
Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday August 24th 12-4pm
Thinking about a new feline friend?  Now is the time to act, because August 23rd & 24th is the MSPCA’s “End of Summer IV” Fee Waived Cat Adoptathon!  Thanks to generous donors, the adoption fees for adult cats over one year old will be entirely waived! 

With hundreds of amazing cats waiting at the MSPCA’s adoption centers for new homes, we’re certain to have the perfect match for your family.  Please consider giving a forever home to a homeless cat in need - you’ll never regret it!

Blackdog Builders 'Cause for the Paws' Golf Tournament


Thursday, September 18 at the Windham Country Club, Windham, NH
Hit the links for a day of golf, and raise money for animals!  For the 13th year, the folks at Blackdog Builders are hosting the Cause for the Paws Golf Tournament and raising much needed funds for the animals at the MSPCA at Nevins Farm.  Play golf, win prizes and raffles, and enjoy a fantastic luncheon - all while raising money for homeless animals.

Tree of Life: A Gift of Celebration & Remembrance


Pay tribute to a friend, family member or animal companion with an engraved brass leaf or foundation stone on the Hillside Acre Tree of Life, a beautiful memorial sculpture on the grounds of the cemetery.  Your tribute will be a lasting visual expression of love and respect, as well as a strong symbol of support for the mission of the MSPCA.

Pet Memorial Sunday
Sunday, September 14 from 2-3pm at Hillside Acre Cemetery
Please join us in observance of Pet Memorial Sunday for a celebration of the lives of our beloved animal companions.  A short service honoring our pets will be followed by refreshments and visits to the cemetery ground, including the newly installed Tree of Life.

H.A.R.E Project (Helping Animals by Recycling Electronics)
Saturday, August 16th from 7:30 - 11:30am at Nevins Farm.  Rain date of Saturday, August 23rd.
Clean out the basement and bring your old microwaves, TVs, computer monitors - and help save animals at the same time!
For a small donation your item will be recycled safely and event proceeds will benefit fundraising efforts for the Walk for Animals
Many items will be accepted for $5 (microwave ovens, laptops, camcorders) while larger items such as air conditioners and televisions will be accepted at $20 or $30, depending on size.
Please note that we will not be able to accept washers, dryers or dishwashers at this event.

Equine Clinic: Thoroughbred Temperament Training with Shaina Humphrey


Saturday, October 18th from 9 am - 3 pm at Nevins Farm
Have you thought about adopting a Thoroughbred from the racetracks?  Or perhaps you already share your life with an OTTB?  This clinic is the perfect one for you as you transition your horse from the race track to a new career.  Under Shaina’s guidance, you will learn how to maximize your Thoroughbred’s potential for a wide range of disciplines.

Host Thunder’s Lemonade Stand!


There’s no better way to beat the summer heat, have some fun and raise some funds for the animals at Nevins Farm than a good old fashioned lemonade stand. 
A perfect fundraiser for kids, this stand can be manned during public hours at Nevins Farm or borrowed and hosted at an event off-site!
