Our convenient MSPCA-Angell West hospital in Waltham, MA, offers specialized service appointments as well as appointment-based Urgent Care service and 24/7 emergency care. If needed, an oxygen-equipped courtesy shuttle can transport animals to our Angell-Boston location for further specialized care and then take them back to Waltham. Whether in Boston or in Waltham, our specialists regularly collaborate and plan treatments tailored to your pet’s emergency, surgical, and specialty needs.
Have you heard? The MSPCA-Angell West in Waltham is moving to a new and expanded Waltham location in late fall 2027! The new state-of-the-art facility at 62 Fourth Avenue will be 70% larger. With more exam and procedure rooms, species-specific waiting areas, well-equipped treatment spaces, and ample parking, the new hospital will allow us to increase access to advanced veterinary care, reduce wait times, and create a more comfortable environment for patients and their families.
The new MSPCA-Angell West will expand its existing services and offer additional, highly sought-after specialty services, such as Ophthalmology and Medical Oncology in our new Waltham location.
Until the new hospital opens, we will continue providing care at our current Second Avenue location.
