If you have a donor-advised fund, the fund provides you with the opportunity to suggest charitable beneficiaries of the account balance beyond your lifetime. You can name the MSPCA-Angell as a legacy charitable beneficiary of your donor-advised fund by notifying your fund administrator of your wishes and completing the necessary paperwork.

Making a gift of stock, bonds, or mutual funds can help the animals served by the MSPCA-Angell, provide attractive tax benefits, and can, in some cases, provide you with payments for life.
If you are currently holding securities that have grown in value for more than a year, donating them to the MSPCA-Angell may be advantageous. If you own shares that are not generating much income, you can use them to fund a planned gift, which may be able to provide you with lifetime payments, as well as tax and financial benefits, and will allow us to continue our mission to prevent cruelty to animals.
