The MSPCA-Angell’s Healthy Pet Boarding offers clean, cozy accommodations where your pet can relax while you’re away. Our caring Boarding Assistants focus solely on the comfort and well-being of healthy pets. Located in a quiet area separate from our hospital wards, our boarding suites provide a peaceful environment, along with the added reassurance that expert veterinary care is nearby if needed. Our Dog and Cat Healthy Boarding Services in Boston

We’ve designed our Healthy Boarding services to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way.

We offer our guests:

24-hour accommodations for dogs and cats, with separate areas for large dogs, small dogs, and cats to promote relaxation
Private boarding suites with soft bedding for comfort
Twice daily photo updates for peace of mind while you’re away
Dogs receive four private walks per day on our grounds

Requirements for Healthy Pet Boarding Services

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all boarding guests:

Pets must be established patients with the MSPCA-Angell (seen by one of our non-emergency veterinarians within the past year).
Vaccinations must be current:
– Dogs – Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella.
– Cats – Rabies, FVRCP
Dogs must have proof of licensing:
– All dogs must have a valid pet license and rabies tag attached to their collar at the time of boarding.

Please note: If your pet requires more advanced medical care or has mobility issues, they may not qualify for our Healthy Boarding services. For pets needing a little more care, Angell Animal Medical Center has Medical Boarding options available as well.
