Angell at Essex is a non-profit veterinary clinic in Danvers, Massachusetts. The clinic is partnered with Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School (Essex Tech) to provide affordable veterinary care to the general public.
The clinic serves as a teaching hospital for students enrolled in the Veterinary Science program at Essex Tech. The program provides veterinary assistant training onsite, and students are overseen by MSPCA-Angell veterinarians.

Angell at Essex offers the following discount for clients regardless of financial need:
The clinic is open weekdays from 7:45 am–4:00 pm throughout the year. The clinic does not provide overnight care, specialty service care, or 24/7 emergency service as Angell’s Boston and Waltham facilities do. We will refer cases as appropriate to surrounding specialty veterinary referral hospitals.

Due to our large volume of requests, we ask that clients submit their prescription requests online using the link below. In most cases, our pharmacists complete active prescriptions with refills available by our pharmacists within 24 hours of payment. Medications that have expired or that do not have available refills may take significantly longer to fill.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from essex@angell.org with payment instructions.
