Adoption fees will be waived for all dogs over 1 year old at all four MSPCA adoption centers and partner shelters Berkshire Humane Society, Boston Animal Control, Dakin Humane Society, Lowell Humane Society, Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Care and Adoption Center, and Worcester Animal Rescue League.
