Spay and Neuter Program

The MSPCA-Angell Clinic Cape Cod provides one-day spay-neuter and vaccination packages. Appointments are scheduled Monday – Friday. You may apply for more than one dog or cat at a time. Puppies need to be 12 weeks of age to qualify. Kittens need to be 8 weeks of age to qualify.

The surgery package for dogs and cats includes the spay-neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, distemper vaccination, nail trim and microchip.

Low Cost Spay-Neuter: $250 Dogs, $125 Cats

Our goal is to provide access to spay/neuter at an affordable cost to people in need of financial assistance. Any individuals on the following public assistance programs qualify for low cost pricing: SNAP, SSI, rental and housing assistance, fuel assistance, VA assistance, TAFDC, EAEDC or WIC. Please note that state medical insurance or unemployment alone does not qualify you for the subsidized package pricing. If you are not on public assistance, please explain your financial need in your application.

$25 cat spay/neuter package for Brockton residents: You will be required to provide proof of residency.

We accept Massachusetts Animal Fund vouchers. If you recently received a voucher and are looking to schedule an appointment, please email capeclinic@mspca.org with a photo of the voucher, and a staff member will be in touch.  Apply below.

Cat Full Pay Spay-Neuter

We now offer options for cat owners that do not qualify for low cost spay/neuter. The surgery package includes a microchip. Rabies and distemper vaccinations are available for an additional charge.

Surgery fees: Please note – surgery fees will be increasing by 6% in 2026

Low Cost Surgical Services

The MSPCA-Angell Clinic Cape Cod offers low-cost outpatient surgical procedures for urgent medical conditions to qualifying low-income pet owners. We are not an emergency facility and are unable to offer hospitalization. Services include:
