MSPCA-Angell Clinic Northeast

The MSPCA-Angell Clinic Northeast offers low cost one-day spay-neuter and vaccination packages for cats for $25 and dogs for $75. The program is designed for qualifying applicants who live in Lynn and Salem only. If you live outside the service area, please look at other clinic locations – www.mspca.org/spayneuter.

This clinic is currently scheduling spay/neuter appointments for cats and dogs 6-7 months out. Appointments are required and must be requested using the online application.

Services for spay/neuter package include:

Spay/Neuter surgery
Rabies & Distemper (FVRCP/DHPP) vaccination
Microchip
Vet exam
Nail Trim

Price: Dogs: $75 | Cats: $25

Our goal is to provide access to spay/neuter at an affordable cost to people in need of financial assistance. Individuals who receive assistance from the following programs qualify: SNAP, rental and housing assistance, fuel assistance, TAFDC, EAEDC or WIC. State medical insurance, SSI, VA Assistance, unemployment or status as a student alone does not qualify applicants for the program. If you are not receiving public assistance, please explain your financial need in the application.

Thanks to support from various grants, we offer $25 cat and $75 dog spay/neuter for residents of Lynn and Salem You must financially qualify and provide proof of residency.

Massachusetts Animal Fund vouchers. If you recently received a voucher and are looking to schedule an appointment, please email neasoutreach@mspca.org with a photo of the voucher and a staff member will be in touch.
