Scout Ford

Dr. Summer Scout Ford is a boarded Criticalist who earned her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania and subsequently practiced emergency medicine with surgical mentorship at a high volume center in Maryland. She then completed her Emergency and Critical Care residency at Angell Animal Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Ford practiced as a staff criticalist at Partner Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center before returning to Angell as a staff criticalist and Internship Co-Director. Her special clinical and research interests include respiratory physiology and mechanical ventilation, microcirculation, and electrolyte management.
