About Shawn

Dr. Kearns is a small animal internist at Angell with a particular interest in renal, hematologic, and immune mediated diseases. In addition, she has a special interest in advanced extracorporeal therapies, such as hemodialysis and plasma exchange, both of which are now available at Angell. She is also skilled in tracheal and urethral stent placement, various endoscopy procedures (gastrointestinal, urinary, airway), and liver laparoscopy.
