Elvira Zaripova

Before attending veterinary school, Dr. Elvira Zaripova worked as a veterinary attendant for several years, during which she developed a strong interest in medicine. She went on to earn her veterinary degree from Washington State University and completed a small animal rotating internship at the MSPCA-Angell Boston. Dr. Zaripova has a special interest in emergency medicine and is excited to be part of the Emergency and Critical Care veterinary team at the MSPCA-Angell West.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and exploring new cities with her family. Dr. Zaripova is also a proud cat mom to two precious kitties, Maya and Goose.
