Regular annual checkups can ensure that your pets remain healthy and happy. The Primary Care team at the MSPCA-Angell West provides primary and preventative care to evaluate and support your pet’s overall health, as well as help detect and treat potential problems before they become serious.
We also offer Primary Care services at our Boston and Danvers locations.
In addition to treating General Medicine patients, Dr. Tamara Kremer Mecabell, Dr. Julie Shields, and Dr. Natasha Pakravan also serve our Urgent Care patients. Angell’s Urgent Care service bridges the gap between primary and emergency care.
Drs. Kremer Mecabell, Shields, and Pakravan treat animals with conditions that require timely treatment but do not require our Emergency/Critical Care service. Urgent Care is an appointment-based service, not a walk-in service, with appointments often available within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Meet the skilled Primary Care team at Angell-West in Waltham, dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care to support your pet’s health at every stage of their life. Learn more about the passionate professionals who make our Primary Care department a trusted choice for veterinary care.
