Dr. Bittner grew up in Sacramento, California and earned her bachelors in Veterinary Science at the University of Nevada, Reno, and her veterinary degree (BVM&S) from the University of Edinburgh. She completed a rotating internship at an emergency/specialty hospital in Maryland, and worked in general practice in the Boston area before joining Angell West. She has a special interest in emergency medicine and feline medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys reading – usually with a cat in her lap, as well as hiking, climbing, and gardening.
