Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Services at the MSPCA in Boston
The Shalit-Glazer Clinic serves the medical needs of homeless animals at the MSPCA Boston Adoption Center and qualifying low-income pet owners in the Boston area.
For pets of qualifying residents*, we provide one-day spay/neuter and vaccination packages.
Our low-income services are available for:
- Cats
- Kittens
- Pit Bulls
The Shalit-Glazer clinic focuses on these animals because they have the highest rates of homelessness in the area.

Pit Bull Program
If you have a dog who is not a Pit Bull-type dog, you may still be eligible for the Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) program.
*Pet owners who are receiving assistance from city, state, or federal programs are eligible.
