Donor Spotlight: Claudia Hunter

Claudia Hunter, a long-time MSPCA–Angell supporter, is an attorney who practiced in the field of medical malpractice defense for 35 years before recently retiring. The pets in her family include three felines from our adoption centers: two sisters, Bella and Ruby (eight years old) and, shown in the photo, Jack (nine years old).  Claudia is a strong proponent of MSPCS-Angell’s Pet Care Assistance Program, which, among other objectives, assists elders and those in need of financial assistance to provide their pets with Angell’s quality care. Claudia says, “Pets are companions and family members. When such a loved one needs specialty medical care, or just a routine well visit, the Pet Care Assistance Program makes it possible for all pets to receive the exemplary care and support that is provided at Angell.”
