Meet Durango
Meet Durango, a fun and outgoing guy who would make a great adventure buddy! He’s still working on his manners, and is looking for an adopter who’s excited to practice their training skills. He loves to learn, and has responded well to clicker training. Durango has a history of sleeping in the crate, and has made great strides in his housebreaking. He’s friendly with all people, and would thrive with an active human who can match his high energy. His favorite activities include long sniffy walks, chasing toys, and battling the hose. Once his needs have been met, Durango can settle down on his own with a strong chew toy or long-lasting chew. He has been selective in his dog friends at the shelter, so any other dogs in the home will need to come meet him here prior to adoption to ensure it’s a good match.
If you think Durango could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by Northeast Animal Shelter. We have open adoption hours 7 days a week from 11:30am-5pm – no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
