Meet Simmy

Simmy is a sweet, playful pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. While he can be nervous and vocal when meeting new people or encountering unfamiliar sights and sounds, once he is your friend, Simmy becomes a total cuddle bug who loves to snuggle up with his people.

Because he tends to bark at new things from a distance, Simmy would thrive in a quieter environment outside of the busy city. He’ll benefit from continued positive reinforcement training to help build his confidence, especially on walks.

Simmy loves to play with other dogs and did great living with a canine friend in his previous home. He could also be a good fit for a family with kids who can help with his training and give him the patience and encouragement he needs to shine.

Stop by our Boston Adoption Center to meet Simmy. We have open adoption hours Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm - 3pm - no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
