Meet Ella
Meet Ella! This beautiful girl has a love for pets and plenty of energy to burn. During her time with us, Ella has enjoyed zooming around the yard, going for runs, and hanging around her favorite humans. She’s looking for a patient adopter who’s excited to brush up on their training skills, and prepared to help her decompress after she gets her energy out. She is very interested in chasing wildlife, and will require appropriate training/management to be successful on walks. That said, she is equally happy chasing leaves through the yard or playing tug with a rope toy! Ella struggles around other dogs, and would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She previously lived with a child, and was very friendly and loving. Her ideal home is one where someone is home most of the time – she will try to alert the neighbors when she can’t find her humans!
If you think this dog could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by MSPCA at Northeast Animal Shelter. We have open adoption hours 11:30am-5pm daily – no appointment or application needed.
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat areas will remain open to walk through.
Stop by Northeast Animal Shelter to meet Ella. We have open adoption hours 7 days a week from 11:30am-5pm - no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
