Thank you for submitting your Angell Boston Immunotherapy Refill Request.
**IMPORTANT: This message is NOT confirmation that your pet’s order is ready or available for pick up. This message ONLY indicates that the electronic system has received your refill request.**
Please note that the Angell Boston Allergen Technician is typically in the office Monday – Thursday (excluding some holidays) and it may take up to 24 hours to process your refill request upon their return. Missing or incorrectly provided information will delay the refill process.
All correspondence, including the pre-payment information and link, will be sent via email.
Please remember, the ordering period for immunotherapy is from 12:00pm Wednesday to 12:00pm the following Wednesday each week. All orders that have been processed and paid for by 12:00pm on Wednesday will be available by the end of day the following Wednesday. Orders being picked up at Angell West will be available the following Thursday by 3:00pm. Orders processed and paid for after the 12:00pm cut off time will be ready two Wednesdays later at our Boston location.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your pet’s immunotherapy order is ready for pick up, or is being sent to our Waltham location.
