Clinic Concierge volunteers on a check-in or check-out shift should have attention to detail, remain calm in a busy environment, be highly proficient with computers, have the ability to learn new software, be adaptable to the changing needs of the adoption center clinic, and be excited to be a friendly and professional representative of the MSPCA and our programs. Volunteers should additionally be comfortable handling crated animals.
