Nevins Community Clinic Appointment Instructions

Please read the below instructions prior to your appointment:

Fasting:  Pets over 5 months, please do NOT feed your pet anything after MIDNIGHT the night before the appointment. For pets under 5 months, please feed a small meal the morning of the appointment. Water is ok.

Check in: 7:15-7:45am

Location: 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA, 01844

When you arrive for your appointment, please follow signs to the Clinic Entrance and park in the designated parking spots.  If your pet has had vaccines, please bring the records for check in.

Cats: Must be in a carrier. Do not call beforehand, just come on in.

Dogs: Must be on a leash. Remain in your car and call (978)-687-2402 to check in.
