Meet Skye Felv +

Meet Skye, a handsome 1 year old boy that’s ready for his new home! Skye has tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV), so we are recommending that he goes to a home without other cats. Staff would be happy to chat with you more about his FeLV status!
Skye has been pretty worried at the shelter, but leans into gentle head pats and chin scritches if you go at his pace. Skye would love to go home with adopters that can help him learn that the world isn’t so scary. Because of this, we would recommend that any children in the home be ready to read his body language cues and give him space if he needs some alone time.
You are welcome to enter our cat rooms during open hours. Staff and volunteers will be happy to assist you!
