Meet the Cardiology Team

Kara Davis, CVT, Cardiology Technician

Kara graduated from Chattanooga State Community College with a degree in Veterinary Technology and her LVMT license in 2014. She joined the Angell West ER team in 2016 and now works in Cardiology. Prior to Angell, Kara worked in the veterinary field in Chattanooga as a receptionist with a local vet and eventually as a  veterinary assistant in a local specialty and  ER veterinary hospital while in school at Chattanooga State. She later moved to MA in 2015, transferring her license from LVMT to  CVT. In 2019, Kara achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from SNHU. She has been interested in working with animals and the environment from a young age and when not working as a CVT has done various volunteer work including work with animal shelters, caring for foster animals, and working with local wildlife and marine organizations as well. In her free time she can be found spending time with her cats, catching up with friends and getting out in nature for local hikes and adventures as much as she can.
