Meet Blu

Blu is a sweet, energetic girl who came to the shelter with her brother,
Jojo. She has a good history with children and was described by her
previous family as sweet and cuddly. Blu is house trained and enjoys
human companionshipher former owner even sang to her to help her settle.

Blu is looking for an adopter who will take the time to learn her cues and
continue her training using positive reinforcement. Shes working on her
loose-leash walking and polite manners and would prefer to avoid busy dog
parks. Blu could live with another dog given a thoughtful introductionshe
has done well on outings with Jojo and could be adopted with him for those
interested in two dogs. She may also be able to live with a cat after a
careful introduction. Blu could live with children who can participate in
her training and practice petting consent, with support and guidance from
adults.
