Meet Mowgli

Meet Mowgli! This bouncy, fun-loving pup is excited to continue learning how to channel his teenager energy into good manners. Mowgli loves to be outside exploring the world, playing fetch, and working on puzzles and toys when back in the home!

Mowgli is looking for an adopter with some patience and who is excited to help a teenage pup learn and grow into the best adult dog he can be. He’s smart and sensitive, he just needs someone ready to provide him with some structure and consistency to his routine, while also helping him learn how to communicate appropriately when he is uncomfortable or frustrated. Mowgli is currently working on some of his home skills and manners, so he would like to be the only pet in the home right now, please!

If you think Mowgli could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Nevins Farm Adoption Center in Methuen. We have open adoption hours Tuesday – Sunday from 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm with no appointment or application needed.

Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
